Nicole Kunz

November 28, 1984 — February 15, 2024

Nicole Kunz, born November 28, 1984, in Phoenix, AZ to Jesusita Suzie Rojas and Loran Twayne Kunz.was called to heaven on February 15, 2024. She was the beloved sister to Nastassia Kunz-Brawerman (Scottsdale, AZ), Andrew Rayn Rojas and Sebastian Mace Rojas, and stepdaughter to Andrew Mark Rojas (all of Visalia, CA).

Her life was filled with love and tenderness, if she had a penny for every good deed she would have been a multi-millionaire. Animals, plants, people, nature, all were tended by her loving and nurturing hands. She was a talented and creative artist, who enjoyed painting & jewelry making. She tended plants, indoor & outdoor, and loved all of nature. She was an ardent advocate for dogs, always seeking an opportunity to rescue them, and a fabulous dog-mom, whose little family pack included Baelinx, Quayla, Tansleigh, and Xandy. She put her heart and soul into her little doggies; they would line up for their grooming, and patiently don their sweaters as required by their protective mama.

Nicole was a dynamic person, with a brilliant smile, stunning eyes, and absolutely jaw-dropping gorgeous. Her outer beauty was matched by an inner spirit of joy, and a deep strength. She loved truly, uplifting her loved ones and reaching out to others. Her friends describe her as "a truly amazing person," selfless, loyal, always making people laugh, with a bright smile that could turn anyone's day around. She was always there when she was needed; she stood up for others even when she had her own troubles. She never gave up on her family and true friends.

She had a spirituality and faith in God, and was a Christian, with a connection to her Savior, Jesus Christ. She also had a heart towards her heritage, and would seek a closer relationship with her extensive family, and the diverse ethnicity that made her unique and lovely.

No words can describe the loss her loved ones feel, nothing can help us to better understand the tragedy that ended her life and leaves us bereft. We cling to the hope of joining her in heaven, where she will be tending a garden and making a place for us beside the still waters of peace.

Nicole was preceded in death by her father, Loren Twayne Kunz; as well as her beloved grandparents, Carlota & Apolonio Lucio, and Gloria & Richard L. Kunz, who are now reunited with her in God's Kingdom.

She will always be loved and missed by her mother, sister, brothers, step-father, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, her little nephew, countless friends, and associates from every aspect of her life. Her cherished memory will live on in our hearts and souls - and we will seek justice for her every day.

A Special Tribute to Nicole by her brother, Sebastian Mace Rojas:

"Somewhere Far Lovelier"

Somewhere far lovelier, it's what you always dreamed of is it not; a place for the soul that was bursting at the seams, free at long last unburdened by the shackles of the blighted world you had wished to cure. Somewhere lush and sunny, where the sunshine falls gracefully upon the grass that you walk on, where the rain dances to your delight, if there is truly a Garden of Eden it is most assuredly where you reside. Somewhere far beyond the dreams that came for you in the brilliant moonlight, for it must be perfect as was the mercy you had given to the weak that befell your path. Somewhere far brighter than here is where I believe she flaunts her beauty weightlessly, for this world could never have granted you peace, may you find the freedom your soul burned for. Wait for us if you will, I wish to see the world you always wanted.
