A Rosary will be held at the Rubio Palacios Residence, Porterville on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 6:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anne's Church on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Interment to be held in Mexico.
