John "Jack" Serr

John "Jack" Serr, 84, a self-made man of remarkable intelligence and unwavering discipline, passed away April 1st 2024 asleep in his favorite chair. Leaving behind his wife Susan Serr of 46 years.

Jack was born into humble beginnings, Jack's tenacity and ingenuity propelled him to create a life of abundance and success. His ability to troubleshoot any problem, with a success rate that seemed almost magical, earned him admiration and respect from all who knew him.

A man of many talents, Jack found joy in the simplicity of life's pleasures. He shared a passion for tennis with his son Shawn " Bump"and cherished moments horseback riding with his daughter, Annette Daughter Williams, creating lasting memories and bonds that will be treasured forever.

Jack's adventurous spirit led him to join the navy at the young age of 15, a decision that shaped his character and instilled in him a sense of duty and honor that he carried throughout his life.

His legacy of resilience, resourcefulness, and love will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known him. Jack leaves behind a rich tapestry of memories and a profound impact on all whose lives he touched.

He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held at Nuckols Ranch in Porterville, California on Friday, April 10, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
