Barbara May Phillips, Age 91, a Homemaker and resident of Porterville, California passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Golden Hills Mobile Home Park in her honor, as well as her Husband's (Dick Phillips), on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
